Where is my registration code for the free 14 day trial?​

Can I install PokerTracker 4 on more than one computer?​

Use your PokerTracker 4 registration code on up to two personal computers you own at the same time. The same code installs on both machines and works on both macOS and Windows — a separate code is not needed.

Do not share your registration code. Both computers must be yours — sharing your code violates the PokerTracker End-User License Agreement.

Can I install PokerTracker 4 on a Virtual Machine / Windows emulator?​

Yes. Each virtual machine installation counts as one of your two allowed installs, regardless of whether it's on the same physical computer. Installing on both the host computer and a virtual machine on that machine uses both allowed installs.

I have reinstalled PokerTracker 4 and need a new registration code.​

Continue using the same registration code you were originally issued. If you no longer have the original email and you registered the code on the website, view it under My Account > Registration Codes.

I lost my PT4 Registration Code​

If the code is registered on the website, view it at My Account > Registration Codes.

If you have not yet registered, create an account to access your code.

I need a new PokerTracker 4 code​

Use the same registration code you were originally issued. It's available on the PokerTracker website under My Account > Registration Codes, and works on up to two separate computers.

I need to completely reinstall PT4​

Continue using the same registration code you were originally issued, available under My Account > Registration Codes. A new code is not needed.

My PT4 Registration Code is not listed on the site​

If your PokerTracker 4 registration code is not listed under My Account > Registration Codes, one of these usually applies:

  1. Your payment email address does not match your registered website email address.
  2. You were not logged into your account when you purchased.

Contact support with your purchase email and your full real name, and we'll link the code to your account.

My Registration Code does not work​

If you see "Unable to communicate with registration server" or "Invalid Registration Code":

  1. Copy and paste the registration code exactly as you received it. If pasting works, the code itself is valid.
  2. If the code is correct but the error persists, something is preventing PokerTracker from connecting to the registration server. Add an exception to your firewall that gives PokerTracker4.exe full internet access. Disabling the firewall alone may not resolve the issue.

I need to transfer PT4 to a new computer​

Your registration code is licensed for two computers at the same time. To move PokerTracker 4 from an old computer to a new one:

  1. Completely uninstall PokerTracker 4 from the old computer.
  2. Install PokerTracker 4 on the new computer.
  3. Enter the same code from My Account > Registration Codes.

A new code is not needed.

I need to transfer a PT4 code to another person​

PokerTracker 4 registration codes can only be transferred to another person if the code has never been used.

Contact support with:

  1. Your full real name.
  2. Your email address.
  3. The recipient's full real name.
  4. The recipient's email address.

The code is transferred to them, and an order confirmation with their code is emailed to them.

I need to switch my PT4 regsitration code​

If PokerTracker 4 is already registered and you need to change your code to a new one you must manually do so:

  1. In PokerTracker 4, click File > Open User Data Directory.
  2. Delete the file named PokerTracker.lic or just PokerTracker (if file extensions are disabled)
  3. Then double-click the Config folder to enter it.
  4. Right-click PokerTracker (or PokerTracker.cfg) and choose Open with... > Notepad.
  5. Locate the line under [General] that begins with RegistrationCode=[YOUR PRE-RELEASE CODE].
  6. Delete everything after the equals sign, leaving RegistrationCode=.
  7. Click File > Save.
  8. Restart PokerTracker 4 and enter your purchased registration code.
