How Do I Cancel Annual Support & Maintenance Subscription Renewal?​

  1. Log in and visit My Account > My Subscriptions.
  2. Locate your Active subscription and expand it.
  3. Click Turn Off Auto-Renewal.
  4. Confirm by clicking DO NOT Auto Renew.

Automatic renewal disables immediately. You will not be charged on the next billing date.

How Much Is Annual Support & Maintenance?​

All new purchasers receive one year free. Renewal pricing:

Holdem or Omaha (single)

  • Small Stakes: $44.99
  • Full version: $69.99

Holdem and Omaha (combined)

  • Small Stakes: $69.99
  • Full version: $99.99

Mixed versions (one full + one Small Stakes)

  • Combined: $84.99

Why Is There Annual Support & Maintenance?​

There will never be a paid upgrade to PokerTracker. Annual support and maintenance replaces paid upgrades for two reasons:

  1. New tools, features and updates release immediately rather than waiting for a paid version.
  2. The model aligns with the ongoing development required to keep up with constantly changing poker sites.

Can I Still Use PokerTracker Without Annual Support & Maintenance?​

Annual support and maintenance is included free for the first year. If you don't renew, you can keep using PokerTracker with every update released before your plan expired.

You will lose access to updates released afterwards, including:

  1. Support for new game types.
  2. Compatibility fixes for poker site changes.
  3. New tools and functionality.

An active support and maintenance plan is required to purchase a PT App. Previously-purchased apps continue to work after your plan lapses.

Do I Need to Re-Purchase If My Annual Support & Maintenance Expires?​

No. You can resume support and maintenance at any time by resubscribing:

  1. Visit the My Subscriptions page.
  2. Expand Inactive Subscriptions.
  3. Locate your previous subscription and expand it.
  4. Click Renew Subscription and complete checkout.
